Fairfield College Levels Up with TigerTurf's Evo Pro Solution

The installation process was meticulously planned to minimise disruption to the school’s activities. The new sports area features line markings for three tennis courts, one basketball court, two netball courts, and hockey. The vibrant colour scheme, with a blue outer, red, and olive green inner, adds a visually appealing touch to the facility. To further enhance the playing experience and safety, we incorporated a 10mm BSW Rubber Pad underlay. This shock pad, manufactured in Germany, is renowned for its ability to reduce injuries and impacts on joints. It also extends the life of the turf surface by protecting the backing from the base, ensuring long-term durability.

TigerTurf NZ ensured that the project was tailored specifically to Fairfield College’s needs

The decision to use Evo Pro turf was influenced by the school’s requirement for a versatile and durable surface that could accommodate multiple sports. The local manufacture of our products in New Zealand allowed us to provide a high-quality solution while supporting the local economy. Additionally, the use of the 10mm BSW Rubber Pad underlay was crucial in meeting the school’s safety standards and ensuring the longevity of the sports surfaces.

The transformation of Fairfield College’s sports facilities has been a resounding success. The new turf and line markings have revitalised the area, making it a more engaging and enjoyable space for students. The school’s staff and students have expressed their satisfaction with the new sports surfaces, highlighting the improved playability and aesthetic appeal. This project at Fairfield College exemplifies TigerTurf’s dedication to enhancing community spaces through innovative and high-quality turf solutions. We are proud to have been part of this transformation and look forward to future opportunities to create more vibrant and functional sports areas.
