Site preparation

Depending on the type of soil we are working with, we may need to dig deeper and create a sub-base for drainage. Once the surface is perfectly flat and meets our quality standards, we install edging to hold the turf in place.

Laying the base

Before the turf is installed, we lay a weed barrier down to prevent unwanted plant matter from disrupting your new grass. This is secured in place with special nails or staples to prevent movement. Next, we add a layer of crusher dust and compact this down to create a smooth surface.

Installing the grass
