TigerTurf Summer Envy has wrought miracles for Maraetai Beach School, creating fresh green, tidy lawns that are clean and comfortable for sitting on with friends for a snack and a chat. The two grass areas we upgraded had been difficult to maintain, varying from wet winter slush to dry, dusty patches, a drain on the school’s maintenance resources, and unusable for most of the year.

Summer Envy XWR is our recommendation for high-use areas with frequent foot traffic. A handsome lawn with an appealing, sunny warmth, the XWR fibre used in this turf is designed for high durability in heavy use areas The dense thatch of this fine quality lawn is comfortable and soft to sit on, perfect for school playgrounds.

High-quality TigerTurf Trophy multi-sport court for Maraetai Beach School

TigerTurf was asked to replace the worn, uneven outdated asphalt court with an inviting, durable court marked up for netball and basketball, which also provides the school with a dry, safe surface for many other sports, activities, and fun. The new Maraetai Beach School synthetic turf multi-court is also multi-coloured – a deep blue basketball court, with a shimmering light blue netball court lying across, with an olive-green border to define the courts.

The TigerTurf team repaired the existing surface as a base for the Trophy surface, added modern sports equipment to complement the new court, and, as a final flourish, completed the project with the school logo to celebrate the occasion.
