Metro Park Hockey and Multi-Sport pitches
This outstanding eco-sensitive hockey pitch is the triumph of Hockey Hibiscus Trust’s ten-year plan to provide local hockey players with their own international hockey pitch.
As part of this entirely new facility, TigerTurf has also constructed a specific 5-a-side hockey field which also includes clear, permanent markings for three full-sized futsal fields, all edged by a concrete rebound wall with goals built into the fence line.
The next stage has been planned to include a multi-sport area with a long jump, tennis wall, volleyball, and playground. The sports centre is intended for hockey, futsal, general community sporting activities, and play, as well as community events such as birthday parties, casual family groups, and business sports teams.
