The owners wanted to avoid the need for yard work. With their busy schedules, the last thing they wanted was to spend their limited free time maintaining a lawn. They needed a solution that would be both beautiful and hassle-free, allowing them to “lock and leave” without worrying about watering, mowing, or upkeep. Their objective was simple: to create a space where they could unwind and enjoy luxurious outdoor living without the burden of maintenance. To meet the client’s needs, TigerTurf supplied Serenity 40, a lush, natural-looking synthetic grass, along with 10mm rubber underlay for added comfort. Serenity 40 offers a perfect balance of aesthetics and practicality. It replicates the beauty of a well-manicured lawn but eliminates the need for irrigation, mowing, or drainage concerns, making it ideal for the enclosed courtyard.
