Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of TigerTurf’s projects. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project administration, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members will be key to delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the project and sales teams to coordinate and oversee all phases of project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project programs, progress claim schedules, and other project administration tasks; ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with staff, contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and resources are available as needed for day-to-day project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist in budget management and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel at a minimum).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
