Job Description:

As a Front of House Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and supporting our sales team with administrative tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • General reception and administrative duties
  • Primary point of contact for the business and will be responsible to manage all telecommunications and managing responses to website enquiries daily
  • Manage and update the tender and sales leads enquiries list
  • Relationship management of trade clients through processing of sales orders and determining project requirements by reviewing plans and recommending a suitable product
  • Ensuring our product inventory levels are kept within min/max levels by completing monthly inventory stock take in conjunction with our warehouse team
  • Preparing the boardroom for meetings, keeping the room tidy, and greeting of visitors as required
  • Managing catering for events

  • Self-motivated who thrives on independence and taking the initiative.
  • Adaptive to a changing working environment and can remain calm under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills that is both professional and proficient
  • Excellent attention to detail and level of accuracy
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work well autonomously and in a team environment

Previous reception and administration experience is not a must, but it is advantageous. Your sense of professional responsibility and ability to provide exceptional customer service is what will set you apart.
