About the role
As the Landscape Team Leader at TigerTurf Australia Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for leading a team of landscape professionals to deliver high-quality outdoor projects. This full-time role is based in North Plympton, SA 5037 and will see you playing a pivotal part in the company’s growth and success within the landscaping industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee and coordinate the work of a team of landscape technicians and labourers
- Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and manage their expectations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to upskill team members
- Monitor health and safety compliance on job sites
- Assist with the preparation of quotes and tenders for new business opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Landscape Team Leader or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong background in landscaping, horticulture or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team
- Problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Working knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional results
