About the role
As a Synthetic Grass Maintenance & Repairs Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and restoring the high-quality synthetic grass solutions provided by TigerTurf Australia Pty Ltd. This full-time position is based in Thomastown, VIC 3074, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
What you’ll be doing
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on synthetic grass installations, ensuring they remain in top condition
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with synthetic grass surfaces, including seam repairs, infill replenishment, and cleaning
- Provide on-site assessments and identify the appropriate solutions to address customer needs
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored maintenance plans
- Maintain detailed records of all work completed and report on project progress
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of synthetic grass maintenance processes and techniques

- Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of synthetic grass surfaces
- Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail to identify and resolve issues

- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to various job sites
