Holy Name Primary School asked TigerTurf to upgrade a tired, grey asphalt area with a bright, colourful and functional TigerPlay multipurpose facility that immediately refreshed the look of the school grounds.
The vivid blue central court is marked permanently for netball and futsal, set off by a fresh green border that adds rounders to the fun for the students. The inviting brick-red running track is an enormously popular addition with school students. There is always a group dashing around the perimeter as others rush to play on the brightly coloured multisport court.
TigerPlay was developed by TigerTurf specifically to meet the recreational needs of junior school and pre-school children.
The TigerTurf team constructed a crushed rock base over the existing asphalt base to ensure the tolerances were fit for a synthetic surface installation, as, in all cases, the grass surface will reflect the qualities of the base beneath. A new synthetic surface will also extend the value of your new court by encouraging the students to enjoy their favourite games in every season. School events, team practices, and curriculum sports timetables will not be disrupted during winter months.
The vivid blue and fresh green colours of the TigerPlay inspire games and fun, sports and imaginative play with friends, for recreation and class activities. Or simply relaxing and socialising in this attractive playground in the centre of the school. Clean, soft, gorgeous and non-slip – their TigerPlay sports and games court is even better than these students had imagined.
