No debate was needed, the committee contacted TigerTurf, and the club bowlers are now delighted with their own superb TigerWeave green. TigerTurf is often asked for a TigerWeave green by clubs whose players have just competed on an opposition club’s TigerWeave green. The benefits TigerWeave brings to a club are soon obvious. The club gains a reputation for having a superb green and more bowlers can have more bowling hours. Young bowlers learn their skills more quickly on a TigerWeave green. They also benefit from learning to bowl on an internationally accredited green that is used for higher grade tournaments. Heathmont Bowling Club’s committee lost no time in asking TigerTurf to replace the club’s existing sand-filled green with a modern TigerWeave bowling surface. Positive comments from opposition clubs and especially the enthusiastic response of the club’s own members have confirmed the new TigerWeave surface as the favourite green. The project was trouble-free and rewarding for the club and for our TigerTurf team carrying out the TigerWeave magic carpet project for the Heathmont Bowling Club.
